AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- Reach out to us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) in 21 days upon delivery.
- Wrong products/colors/other options received is eligible for a refund or a redelivery.
- Item(s) arrived damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund or a redelivery.
- Returned items without approvals will not be accepted or refunded.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
- You will be refunded either to your original payment methods or through our store credits. Let us know what you would prefer.
- Refund granted due to personal reason(s) will be refunded with store creidts.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
- Prepaid shipping label will be provided if the return is approved. However in some cases such as personal reason(s), customer will be responsible for their own return shipping fee.
WHAT ARE THE STEPS ONCE RETURN IS APPROVED?
- Once the return has been approved, please note that all returned items must be received by us within 14 days from the return approval date.
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it.
- Brand tags should be attached and in its original packaging.
- Make sure your item is well packaged and the shipping label is securely attached to the package.
- Drop off the package at any local post office nearby your location.
- Let us know that you have sent the item via email.
- Please allow us up to 5 business days to process the return. Return will be reflected on your account/your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED? (REFUND/EXCHANGE)
- Simple personal reasons(change of mind etc) cannot be approved.
- Sale items, discounted items and orders during the promotion period are final. These items are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
- Minor defects/defects on the accessories of the product, such will be entitled to a partial refund.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY REFUND?
- All refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days once the item arrives. It may take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on the payment method. International transactions can take longer to process. If you haven’t yet received your refund, please reach out to your payment method company.
